The day includes a delicious lunch platter with a Waiheke Distillery gin tasting, distillery tour and optional transport to and from the ferry at Matiatia.
You’ll leave with sample bottles of the perfumes we make together, and there’s the option to adjourn to the Garden Bar and check out the Winter Collective wine tastings.

Our Day:
- We’ll begin the day with setting up our perfume in the still (using our 10L copper alembic column and a selection of classic gin botanicals).
- Includes how to layer the botanicals for distillation, using a pyramid structure of base, mid and top notes.
- Next, we’ll guide you as you create your own eau de parfume using our classic gin perfume accords.
- Includes tips on evaluating and balancing your blend.

- After your tour, we’ll complete our distillation, and you can create a second perfume, as we take our perfume from the still and personalize it with your choice of aromatics from our perfume library.
