Description
Honey’s unique chemistry makes it a great natural solvent. Being thick and moisture-drawing, it’s excellent at gently extracting colour, flavour, and aroma from botanicals over time. By infusing at low temperatures, we protect the delicate compounds in both the honey and the botanicals, preserving vibrant colour and fresh, clean flavours alongside the natural sweetness that makes honey so irresistible.
Today’s workshop will show you how to infuse your honey and create golden elixers from the by-products in a cascading extraction processes, leaving you with several delicious and versatile ingredients.
