Great, thanks Jill ,I shall try the hydro distillation next time around I wasn’t sure with the flowers delicacy I did also wonder if the extra handling may have had an effect ? I shall also leave the top stems for some space for an explore.
My still is an Alembic column 5L. I did the guesstimate 3 x double handfuls of flowers , approx 300g into the column. Thanks for the FYI I just had a taste test , definitely improving with age Thank you 🌸
