Learn about the properties of your chosen plants as you blend your own vibrant and delicious botanical teas from our wide range of beautiful ingredients. Many are harvested from our own production garden that you can visit during your time with us.

Leave with a packet of your bespoke blend, and an understanding of how to turn your teas into elegant and elevated botanical drinks. Not your typical tea party!

Description

Take a seat at the Tea Bar and we’ll guide you through building your blend.

Here are the steps:

  1. Create a blend around an idea, colour or flavour.
  2. Select and sample your raw botanicals.
  3. Build your 50g blend using our tea blending pyramid.
  4. Choose your garnish and herbal honey.
  5. Taste, share and compare.
  6. Make final adjustments before we measure and package your tea to take home.

Each session begins with welcome cup of today’s Alembics tea blend and a quick tour of our production garden to introduce our aromatics.

Sessions are 1.5hrs, and can accommodate up to six people. If you would like to book for a larger group, just get in touch and we can arrange a time and date to suit.
